We work with a small number of trusted suppliers to ensure the authenticity of our products. We always place a small, test order first with new suppliers and open them ourselves to ensure the quality of the product.

We ship within 1-2 business days! Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and we offer expedited 1-3 business day shipping for urgent requests.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated per carrier based on weight and destination. Orders over $200 ship for free! 🚚

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards and sealed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and refund and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.
