Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards and sealed products, all sales are final. We do not accept general returns or refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with market value.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@tinkaduck.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
What Does Not Qualify as a Defect
Because of the nature of sealed trading card products, the following do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Minor cosmetic imperfections in packaging such as dents, scratches, or corner wear.

The perforated top flap of Japanese booster boxes detaching due to humidity (common and does not affect authenticity or contents).

Condition of individual cards inside sealed booster packs, provided the shipment itself arrived intact.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction costs. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.
